Tyrone Nyemba Seales under Gene Osborne and became a member of Preston Ridick’s Indoda Entsha Cultural Arts Center, where he refined his skills with Master drummers M’bemba Bangoura and Gregory Ince. At six, he performed with Gene Osborne’s company, D’jole African.

Nyemba has performed across the country, collaborating with legends such as Chief Bey, Papa Ladji Camara, Baba Neil Clarke, and Forces of Nature Dance Ensemble. He currently teaches drumming for the Department of Education in New York City and is a percussionist for Preston Riddick’s Resura Arkestra.
