Noe Garcia

Noe Garcia is the Arts in Education Coordinator at JGCO, bringing a wealth of experience in administration, program coordination, and community engagement. A Mexican national raised in New York City, he cultivated a strong appreciation for the arts and the transformative power of education in shaping communities. Beginning as an administrator at one of New York’s premier immigration law firms, he built strong organizational and leadership skills. He further developed his expertise by serving as an Office Manager and later as a Field Staff Supervisor for healthcare agencies, where he effectively managed operations and led teams to achieve success. Now he applies his strategic planning and coordination skills at JGCO to develop arts-based educational programs, foster partnerships, and ensure access to transformative artistic experiences for students. Noe is dedicated to blending the arts with education, inspiring the next generation through creative expression.
